We’re proud to share more fantastic news from PCFA. Coach Djamal, who currently coaches our U12s, has successfully completed his UEFA C qualification.

This is another UEFA C qualification achieved by one of our coaches, showing the continued progress being made across the club and our commitment to providing players with quality coaching in a positive grassroots environment.

Coach development is an important part of what we do at PCFA. You can also read about Coach Adrian who already has his UEFA C qualification and Coach Tomasz completing his UEFA C qualification, with more of our coaches continuing to learn and develop for the benefit of our players.

The UEFA C is an advanced coaching qualification that takes months to complete. It involves learning, practical coaching, reflection, and real commitment both on and off the pitch. For grassroots coaches, completing this qualification is a brilliant achievement and shows real dedication to player development.

At PCFA, we believe children deserve well-planned, enjoyable and challenging training sessions. Coach education plays a big part in that. The more our coaches continue to learn, the better experience we can give to our players.

For our U12s, this is great news. Coach Djamal’s continued development will support the team with structured training sessions, better player understanding, and a positive learning environment where players can keep improving and enjoying their football.

This achievement also reflects what we are trying to build at PCFA, a grassroots football academy that takes player development seriously while keeping football enjoyable, welcoming and community-focused.
