Coach Pawel Achieves UEFA C Diploma!

We’re excited to share some fantastic news from the PCFA family! Coach Pawel has officially earned his UEFA C Diploma!

Pawel has been hard at work completing this prestigious coaching qualification, which is the next step up from the FA Introduction to Coaching Football and has now replaced the old FA Level 2 course.

About UEFA C Diploma

The UEFA C Diploma is delivered through a mix of virtual and face to face learning, with expert Coach Developers guiding candidates through every stage. Pawel’s training included both classroom style theory sessions and practical on pitch workshops, all designed to help coaches plan, deliver, and review training sessions tailored to their players’ needs.

One of the great features of the course is its spaced learning approach. Spreading the content over several months meant Pawel had time to put new ideas into practice with his teams, reflect on what worked, and then refine his approach. This blend of learning and real training application has only strengthened the quality of his coaching.

What does this mean for PCFA?

It means our players can benefit from even more player focused, modern, and effective coaching methods. We’re incredibly proud of his dedication and commitment to becoming the best coach he can be and we can’t wait to see how his new skills help our players reach the next level.
